Book Us for Your Events

Our Rondalla Ensemble, Carolers, Dance Performance Group, and Educators provide great performances and resources to share with your community! The public performances done by our extracurricular groups and volunteer teachers are crucial in funding our school activities. Additional benefits from inviting our groups to your events include: exposing our students to new communities and organizations; celebrating, sharing, and preserving Filipino culture; and strengthening our greater community.

Volunteer with Us

Below are some examples of how you can volunteer within our community:

• Get involved with our Lowell Folk Festival Food Booth – You can support our largest annual fundraiser by helping us before, during, and after the festival! At our preparation workshops, you can help clean equipment, chop vegetables, and marinate meat. During the festival, you can help set up and break down our tents, roll lumpia and turon, prepare vegetables, and wash dishes. Finally, we need the most help after the festival, returning equipment to our storage facilities.
• Get involved in the classroom as a teaching assistant – You can assist our volunteer teachers in curriculum planning and teaching in the classroom!
• Get involved in our public performances – All of our performance groups are in constant need of assistance with: instrument, costume, and prop repair and maintenance; stage set and lighting design; backstage logistics; transportation of performers and equipment; and food provision. Therefore, committed volunteers are essential to our performance groups!

Invite Us to Attend Your Events

We also love sharing opportunities to our IP families, supporters, and alumni to enjoy events hosted by other organizations. From showings of Filipino-American films and plays (such as Here Lies Love, Middleton Heights, and Jo Koy’s Easter Sunday) to tailgating at New England Revolution games to attending Asian-American festivals, the IP community enjoys attending events together!
