Iskwelahang Pilipino’s Current Organization Members
Greg started coming to IP as a teenager to see Rondalla performances and has enjoyed being able to come back for the past several years as a parent to 3 current IP students who have been active in Rondalla and Dance Performance Group. He joined the board in 2022 and is currently Vice Chair.

Dmitry Lev
Treasurer
Dmitry Lev has been an IP parent since 2013, a Board Member since 2020, and has served as IP Treasurer since 2021. In his role as Treasurer, Lev manages all financial aspects of the organization, always looking to innovate and utilize technology to streamline business management tasks. Outside of IP, Lev is an attorney concentrating in bankruptcy litigation and criminal trials. He is also an adjunct professor of law at Northeastern, a guest lecturer at UMass Lowell and other regional conferences and seminars, as well as a recurring judge in the statewide high school mock trial competition. He dreams of the Lowell Folk Festival during the winter months.

Gerry Paradela

Gerry is a former Iskwelahang Pilipino student and Rondalla player turned Board Member. Gerry assists in the Youth Leadership Program at IP and is an avid Boston sports fan.
Agnes Quisumbing
General Board Member
Pronouns: she/her
Agnes Quisumbing has been with IP first as a caroler, a parent, teacher, and then a rondalla ensemble member. She is a development economist working to reduce hunger and malnutrition in low- and middle-income countries, including the Philippines. She is deeply involved in causes related to women’s empowerment and gender equality.
Kim began attending Iskwelahang Pilipino in the fall of 1999 and credits the program for fostering a love for language learning, performance, and cooking at a young age. As an educator, she relishes the opportunity to interact with students with identities that mirror her own and she intends to champion youth voice during her tenure on the board. Her current projects include spearheading IP’s inaugural Youth Council and organizing alumni events.

Lilly Bolandrina

2020 Iskwelahang Pilipino Graduate, who started attending the school as a toddler, Lilly held a year-long internship at IP. In this role, she enhanced IP’s online presence, initiated collaborations with local organizations, and assisted with special events. While her internship officially ended in June 2024, Lilly continues to support IP in these areas. She also loves helping with traditional dance since those are her fondest memories of being an IP student!
