Iskwelahang Pilipino’s Current Organization Members
Kim began attending Iskwelahang Pilipino in the fall of 1999 and credits the program for fostering a love for language learning, performance, and cooking at a young age. As an educator, she relishes the opportunity to interact with students with identities that mirror her own and she intends to champion youth voice during her tenure on the board. Her current projects include spearheading IP’s inaugural Youth Council and organizing alumni events.

Gerry Paradela

Gerry is a former Iskwelahang Pilipino student and Rondalla player turned Board Member. Gerry assists in the Youth Leadership Program at IP and is an avid Boston sports fan.
Lilly Bolandrina

2020 Iskwelahang Pilipino Graduate, who started attending the school as a toddler, Lilly is now the school’s intern. In this role, she focuses on enhancing IP’s online presence, outreach with local Filipino collegiate groups, and assists with performances and special events. She loves helping IP students with dance since those are her fondest memories of being an IP student with her friends! Outside of IP, Lilly is an undergraduate student at Boston University and former executive board member for the university’s Filipino Student Association.
